This small paediatric clinic in Keilor East is looking for a Speech Pathologist to join their team due to growing demand and an upcoming maternity leave within the team. The clinic supports children from around 3 years old through to young adults , with a varied caseload across autism, intellectual disability, learning difficulties, language, speech and broader developmental needs. About the Role: You’ll work primarily from the clinic, with occasional school visits for assessments, observations or additional client support where needed. The team has an active waitlist and can tailor your caseload around your clinical strengths and interests. There is also flexibility to shape your diary, working days and caseload structure. This role is open to part-time or contractor arrangements , with flexibility available for the right person. This is a workplace where clinicians are trusted to work independently while still having regular support available when needed.
